Train like
a team.
Live in Marin.
Marin Bobsled is a strength and conditioning program for Marin dads, moms, and kids — built around real science, real community, and the completely legitimate possibility that we could, in fact, bobsled.

Three lines.
One team.
Every program under the Marin Bobsled umbrella is built on the same foundation: real science, real tracking, real results. Different populations. Same standards.
Bobsled
Outdoor strength and conditioning for Marin dads. You will train hard, get stronger, and be part of something. Team sweat suits are not optional. Dinners are mandatory.
Method
The Minimum Effective Dosage protocol for women with osteopenia or osteoporosis. Two coached sessions per week. Every variable tracked. Built on peer-reviewed research.
Jr.
Athletic development for the kids of Marin Bobsled families. Movement, strength, coordination, and the confidence that comes from being part of a team. Details coming.
We are
Marin Bobsled.
We train.
We are not a gym. We are not a class. We are a team — and teams train together, suffer together, eat together, and show up for each other. We happen to live in one of the most beautiful places in the world and we train outside in it.
The bobsled part is completely serious. We don't currently have a bobsled track in Marin County. That is a solvable problem. In the meantime, we train as if we might need to compete at any moment. Because character is built in the gap between preparation and necessity.
Every program is built on science. Every session is tracked. Every result is measured. What gets measured, gets managed. We don't guess. We don't approximate. We load, we record, we progress.
We are dads who coach soccer on Saturdays. We are moms who are stronger at 60 than they were at 40. We are kids who are learning what it means to be part of something larger than themselves. We are Marin Bobsled.
Show up. The most important variable in any training program is consistency. We track attendance because it matters.
Trust the data. We don't train by feel. We train by numbers. Your TUT, your load, your progression — it's all in the system.
Wear the sweat suit. Team identity is not negotiable. We look like a team because we are one. Details to follow.
Eat together. The program extends beyond the session. Community is built at the table as much as on the hill.
Bring someone. The team grows by referral. If this changed your life, it will change theirs. Bring a dad. Bring your mom. Bring the kids.
Stay ready. We could, at any point, actually bobsled. You should be prepared for this. We mean it.
The Marin Bobsled
weight vest.
Issued at week 6 of the MED Method program. Generic adjustable vest, official Marin Bobsled shield patch, QR code linking to this site. Loaded to 5% of body weight. Worn on 2–3 ruck walks per week. The research shows axial compression from weighted vest walking independently stimulates hip and spine bone density. The vest is equipment. It is not optional.
Jason
Sibley-Liddle
BS in Exercise and Sport Science. A decade of coaching authority across populations — youth athletes, competitive adults, and the 55+ population that most coaches overlook. True strength and conditioning experience, not just general fitness.
Creator of the MED Method — a proprietary bone-loading protocol built on peer-reviewed research and delivered through custom-fabricated equipment. The science is real. The results are tracked. The bobsled team is forming.
